Can I use Encrypted SWFs with 3rd Party Flash Tools?
Only if the If the 3rd Party Flash Tool does not attempt to alter or access the SWF's resources in anyway. Once a SWF has been Encrypted it is protected against most 3rd party Applications including Non-Flash Decompilers.
